Some translation notes

When translating we should look at English version so that:
- Period is (verchaket) is put in Armenian version if English version has one.
- Words start with CAPITAL letter if English version starts with capital.
- The variables (starting with % or @) are used the same way in Armenian version. That is %db_type and  @drupal  should remain the same in Armenian version.
